Rainy Day Play
Looking for some more craft ideas for the kids on wet weekends? For rainy day play, try some of these awesome activities from the Rainy Day Mum.
This activity is great for fine motor skills and it will require concentration from the kids…. you might even be able to have a coffee while they play! The activity will require some setting up at first, so you may have to hold out on the coffee break initially, but once set up the activity is great for the kids to try by themselves. Keep yourself on hand to help them when things get tricky though.
This is such a colourful activity and will be something your child will be able to enjoy for a long time- or whenever the wind blows! Fun, fun fun and you can even incorporate patterning in the activity too.
Possibly the cutest things I’ve seen, these are easy to make and use resources that you’re bound to have around the house. The kids will love creating characters, puppet shows and games with these little cuties!
