The Adelaide Symphony Orchestra in concert with Henry Olonga at Warriparinga
The Adelaide Symphony Orchestra will join with star of television’s The Voice Henry Olonga for a family performance at Marion’s Warriparinga Wetlands on Saturday, 9 November.
Sunset Symphony is expected to attract up to 5000 people and is the first time the orchestra will have performed with Mr Olonga. The renowned tenor and former Zimbabwean international cricketer will sing a selection of his favourite songs during the orchestra’s 90-minute performance.
Concert-goers can relax on the grass in tree-lined surroundings, soak up the atmosphere of a site steeped in Kaurna culture, and enjoy popular classics.
Food trucks will sell cuisine from around the world, or you can bring a picnic.
