2. TODDLERTIME- Love, sing, wiggle and read in this new lively session designed especially for toddlers. Sessions are held weekly straight after Babytime. Sessions are free just bring your library card along.

3. LITTLE BANG DISCOVERY CLUB –  new hands-on program combining everyday objects and experiences with genuine scientific inquiry methods. This club runs fortnightly Thursday mornings at 10:30-11:30am every school term. Bookings are essential *check website for time changes

4. GEEK SC#OOL – Geek just got cool! Not your average school. Learn, play, and interact with new gizmos, gadgets, robots, coding and tech.  Bookings are essential and you must commit to all five sessions.

5.LIZZIE THE LIBRARY CARD – 1001 books before school! Sounds challenging but exciting? Well the first step is to get Lizzie the library card. Register your child at charlessturt.beanstack.org and make an account for you and your child. Each time your child reaches a milestone, go into the library to collect a small prize

What better way to start them out on the right path than by reading 1001 books to, and with them, before they go to school? Given that the average picture book takes just five minutes to read, spend just 15 minutes reading three books with your child each day and you will read 1000 books in a year.

Home Library Service

The Home Library Service is an extension the Library Service, which is available free of charge to residents within the City of Charles Sturt who are unable to visit any of our other library locations, due to difficulties associated with age, frailty or disability.

Mobile Library

The Mobile Library brings information and lending services to stops around the City. The ‘Library on wheels’ operates throughout the year on a four week schedule, visiting shopping centres, community centres, retirement villages, senior citizens’ clubs and a variety of street locations near schools and other facilities.
